Team Leader

Join Bank of America's Global Business Services as a Team Leader in Mumbai, supporting Counterparty/Client reference data. Collaborate with data users, upstream data providers, and technology teams to research and resolve data issues. Develop and maintain controls to ensure data integrity. Support periodic audits and exams by internal audit and compliance organizations and Bank regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL experience and understanding of relational databases
• Good Finance background
• 1– 3 years of experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite software skills
• Experience with process automation using tools such as Tableau and Alteryx
• Significant experience in technology data/risk assessments and remediation efforts
• Builds Partnerships - broad-based business relationships across the enterprise
• Strong organizational ability and extremely detail oriented
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Dynamic, high energy, solid work ethic
• Ability to think laterally and identify possible solutions to problems
• Self-motivated and independent with an excellent control mindset
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver as well as being able to adapt to changes
