Team Member

We are seeking a Team Member to join our Client Protection organization in Gandhinagar. The role involves working in different queues, processing claims and chargebacks, and investigating potential fraud alerts. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical skills, good communication skills, and be able to multitask and adapt to change.

Requirements

• Graduation (Any Stream)
• 0-2 Years of experience
• Basic knowledge of banking/ products
• Basic knowledge of Card network
• Basic knowledge of debit/credit card
• Basic knowledge of fraud detection
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools
