Job Description
The Retail Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for retail banking staff to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance. The role supports branch and retail channels' success by ensuring employees are proficient in products, services, systems, sales practices, compliance, and customer experience standards.
Requirements
- Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended training programs
- Facilitate onboarding programs for branch and contact center employees
- Conduct refresher training and targeted upskilling based on performance needs
- Develop and update training materials, guides, and presentations
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning content
- Measure effective training through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Maintain educational and professional expertise through attendance at job-related seminars, conferences, or workshops and attending all relevant internal trainings
