Bankjoy is a FinTech startup looking for an Implementation Manager to lead digital banking and product implementation projects for financial institutions. The role is critical to ensuring successful client launches and involves managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams and identifying and removing roadblocks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of implementation, onboarding, or project management experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
- Strong understanding of banking systems and digital banking implementations
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to drive projects forward and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead discussions with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills to identify configuration or integration issues
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Ability to translate technical issues into clear action items for clients and internal teams
- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
