Job Description
The Support Technical Specialist provides technical support to end-users with day-to-day technical issues, troubleshooting systems, networks, and applications, and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of desktop operating systems, software applications, and PC/Server/Network hardware.
- Basic understanding of principles and theories of network systems and management.
- Basic understanding of Internet technologies and products.
- At least one year of technical work experience or equivalent education.
- Ability to work in a professional office environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a flexible 40-hour schedule, including occasional deviations.
