Job Description
Banks Construction Company is seeking a Grading Foreman for their Grading Division to manage construction crews and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role involves interpreting drawings and specifications, overseeing crew operations, and coordinating with supervisors and contractors. This position is crucial for building the foundations for new projects like commercial sites, highways, and the new terminal for the SC Ports Authority.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to lead and manage paving crews (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Operating asphalt paving equipment (preferred)
