Job Description
BankSome Group is seeking a Business Development Officer to develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income, and assist in developing a business plan and sales strategy. The role involves preparing action plans, maintaining accurate records, and presenting product to potential clients through direct communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years Sales Administration and Analysis experience
- Strong background in Insurance
- Effective leadership, development and training skills
