Job Description
Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for BGIB to an agreed annual target. Develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Analyze/assess clients risk profile and the risk associated with applications to ensure that they meet minimum criteria.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years experience
- Certified CIIN Associate (Practicing with certification)
- Strong background in Insurance
- Effective leadership, development and training skills
- Solid business acumen
- Strong presentation skills and persuasiveness
- Teamwork, leadership and facilitation skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
