Requirements
- Actively develop and manage relationships with highâvalue business clients
- Develop strong partnerships with commercial relationship managers, branch managers, and other internal teams
- Drive sales performance by meeting goals related to volume, profitability, sales activities, and calling efforts
- Build new referral channels through centers of influence, community engagement, bank events, and participation in professional and small business seminars
- Understand the full suite of company products and refer clients to partners across the organization as appropriate
- Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and key partners including Commercial Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, Mortgage, Investments, and others
- Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations
