Requirements

• Develop and manage relationships with high-value business clients
• Develop strong partnerships with commercial relationship managers, branch managers, and other internal teams
• Drive sales performance by meeting goals related to volume, profitability, sales activities, and calling efforts
• Build new referral channels through centers of influence, community engagement, bank events, and participation in professional and small business seminars
• Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations
