Job Description
As a CRE Portfolio Manager II, you will assist CRE Relationship Managers in complex commercial real estate loan activity and underwriting. You will analyze credit information, prepare credit offerings, and monitor borrower financial information. You will also manage a CRE portfolio of borrowing clients with responsibility for portfolio quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or related field
- 6 or more years of banking credit analysis experience
- Advanced analytical skills and working knowledge of financial accounting
- Knowledge of company formation structures and portfolio management priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and other similar programs
