Job Description
As a Mortgage Loan Officer with Banner Bank, you will originate real estate loans, identify opportunities, and promote home ownership through community outreach efforts. The role requires a proven history of success in consistent closing and funding of loans, knowledge of mortgage loan origination processes, and effective communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Originate real estate loans from various sources
- Ensure originated loans are set up in the Bank's computer system and processed through for submission to underwriting
- Attend regular Realtor Association and Builder Association meetings
- Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations
