Job Description
Manage phone calls with clients who are in arrears in the micro and consumption segment, the goal is to recover the payment of overdue fees.
Requirements
- Manage clients telephonically for collection
- Propose payment arrangements or settlements to clients with payment difficulties
- Perform refinancing, readjustment, or novation proposals for clients with payment problems
- Transfer non-contacted clients to be managed through home visit
