Job Description
Establish strategies and methodologies to achieve optimal banking point administration, attend to requirements from internal and external control entities, and review and approve credit requests.

- Attend requirements from internal and external control entities
- Monitor and track the client portfolio in active and passive process
- Report to Financial User the complaints and complaints generated in their agency
- Review and approve credit requests from consumption, micro, and housing segments of their agency
