Job Description
Bantrel is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team in Bethune, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a continuing review of subcontract progress and providing management with information regarding financial, legal, or technical difficulties. The role involves preparing change orders, negotiating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions. The Contract Administrator will work on-site in Bethune, SK, with a rotation of 9 days on and 5 days off, 10-hour days.
Requirements
- Maintain a continuing review of subcontract progress and provide management with information regarding financial, legal, or technical difficulties.
- Prepare change orders and negotiate with subcontractors to obtain settlement.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Participate in operational and/or project reviews and audits.
- Complete contractor evaluation.
