CEO - Banyan Portfolio Company

Banyan Software is seeking a CEO to lead one of its portfolio companies in Spain, with a focus on sustaining and growing an existing portfolio of long-term public sector clients, while leading the company's commercial development.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in a software or technology company in Spain, with direct P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in the Spanish public sector technology market — specifically in selling to, managing, or delivering solutions for public administrations or government-funded entities.
• Solid understanding of public tender processes (licitaciones) in Spain and the Ley de Contratos del Sector Público (LCSP); must be credible and effective at a strategic and senior level within public procurement environments, even if day-to-day execution is led by a dedicated commercial team.
