Nexum - Software Implementation & Deployment Specialist

We are looking for a Software Implementation & Deployment Specialist to support and deliver the technical onboarding of NEXUM for new and existing clients. This is a hands-on implementation role, working closely with senior team members, support, and development. The successful candidate will have experience in software implementation, deployment, or technical support within a B2B or SaaS environment and a basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, including executing scripts and supporting basic data migrations.

Requirements

• Experience in a software implementation, deployment, or technical support role within a B2B or SaaS environment
• Experience working with hosted or SaaS platforms
• Exposure to multi-tenant systems or client specific environments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including executing scripts and supporting basic data migrations
• Experience supporting Windows based applications or server environments
• A basic understanding of networking concepts such as VPNs and secure access
• Good troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem solving
• The ability to communicate clearly with both technical colleagues and non-technical users
• A willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a more senior implementation role over time
