Job Description
dormakaba is seeking a remote Software Solutions Technical Specialist to serve as the LGS product expert, providing timely guidance and actionable solutions to resolve deployment-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical program or Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT Systems
- 2+ years’ experience in a support role, ideally within a call center or field service environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Server and Client Operating Systems, SQL Server databases, and Microsoft Networking Fundamentals
- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps toolchains, including frameworks for Android and iOS platforms
