Banyan Software is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to own the journey automations, keep the data in good shape, run multi-channel communications, build new marketing capabilities, and ensure compliance for Harrier's Marketing Cloud platform.
Requirements
- Recent Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder.
- Strong skills in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for dynamic content and data extension queries.
- Solid experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM using MC Connect, including synced data extensions and triggered sends.
- A track record of managing multi-channel marketing automation email, SMS, and more at scale in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
- Experience managing contact hygiene, subscriber lifecycles, and opt-in/opt-out compliance.
- A solid understanding of email deliverability best practices and how to protect sender reputation.
- Bonus Points: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, experience with SMS tools, familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Apex, or the broader Salesforce data model, experience with AI-driven personalisation or Einstein Engagement features within Marketing Cloud, and knowledge of data privacy compliance frameworks.
