Registration Representative I- Gulf Breeze

The Registration Representative performs data entry and general registration functions for outpatient departments, collects patient demographic and insurance data, and provides customer service.

Requirements

• Acts as the initial greeter for all patients/visitors entering the facility
• Completes all registrations in a professional, accurate and customer–oriented timely manner
• Obtains information from patient health insurance or managed care identification card
• Maintains forms in all printers at all times
• May be required to work at another location as needed
