Registration Representative performs data entry and general registration functions for outpatient departments, ensuring accurate patient demographic and insurance data, and providing high-level customer service.
Requirements
- Acts as the initial greeter for all patients/visitors entering the facility
- Completes all registrations in a professional, accurate and customer–oriented timely manner
- Obtains information from patient health insurance or managed care identification card
