As 2º Jefe/a de SPA, you will be responsible for collaborating in achieving service, customer satisfaction, and wellness process efficiency goals. You will also supervise and control protocol compliance, propose and coordinate client capture offers, and manage the spa team.
Requirements
- Formación requerida: Grado Universitario o Grado Superior especializado
- Experiencia mínima de al menos 2 años en puesto similar
- Habilidades comerciales, alta orientación al cliente
- Inglés nivel alto
- Conocimiento intermedio de paquete Office (valorado)
