Requirements
- Collaborate in achieving service, customer satisfaction, and wellness process efficiency goals
- Collaborate and support in supervising and controlling protocol compliance
- Propose and coordinate client offers, promotion designs, etc., with hotel director approval
- Manage the spa team in the absence of the team leader (selection, reception, integration, training, shifts, etc.)
- Participate in administrative and accounting processes related to spa reception payments
- Manage and supervise the supply of materials and products used in services
- Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of facilities, reporting incidents to the housekeeper and maintenance manager
