Requirements

• Prepare all recipes based on the technical sheets of the menu wheel established.
• Be responsible for the good functioning of the kitchen in front of the Head Chef.
• Collaborate in the management of costs and inventories, as well as purchases.
• Collaborate in the realization of the cleaning, conservation, cooking, regeneration, and replacement of foods.
• Support the reception and storage of food items following established norms and received orders.
• Perform tasks according to requirements, norms, and working procedures, and current legislation on safety and hygiene.
