Requirements
- Prepare all recipes based on the technical sheets of the menu wheel established.
- Be responsible for the good functioning of the kitchen in front of the Head Chef.
- Collaborate in the management of costs and inventory, as well as in purchases.
- Collaborate in the realization of cleaning, conservation, cooking, regeneration, and replacement of foods.
- Support the reception and storage of food products following established standards and received orders.
