We are looking for a Jefe/a de Sector to join our team at Barceló Playa Blanca. As Jefe/a de Sector, you will be responsible for supervising and intervening in the provision of food and beverage services, planning and organizing resources, and correcting the actions of your colleagues.

Requirements

• Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter
• High level of English, desirable second language (French or German)
• Organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams
