We are looking for a Responsable de Experiencia Cliente to join our team at Barceló Teguise Beach in Las Palmas, España. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our visiting guests and the well-being of our entire team. You will conduct interviews with clients, analyze customer satisfaction, and identify and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.

Requirements

• Grado en Turismo, Máster en Marketing o similar
• mínimo 2 años en atención al cliente y calidad en sector Hotelero
• inglés alto, valorable otros idiomas
