Assisting the Sales organization with sourcing and quoting initiatives as well as approval processes for outgoing consumables orders.
Requirements
- Manage an approval queue and workflow for Consumables orders in ERP system
- Assist with and facilitate workload in the Consumables Sourcing/Quoting Queue
- Review alternative items and provide comparable items to Sales Representatives and customers
- Support Sales Representatives with quotes, product recommendations and stock questions
- Contribute to a positive team dynamic
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years' experience in a purchasing, sales support, customer service, or similar role
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
