Job Description
Bareburger is seeking a District Manager for NY, New York, to set and achieve high standards of restaurant operations. This role encompasses managing restaurant financials, marketing and customer relations, and staff development. The District Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant performance, ensuring excellent guest and staff service, maintaining food safety, and maximizing profitability.
Requirements
- 4 Years+ Restaurant General Manager Experience
- 2 Years+ Restaurant District Manager Experience
- Valid NYC Department of Health Food Protection Certificate
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of POS system and Gmail Suite
- Experience in 3rd Party Delivery Platforms
