Job Description
The Manufacturing Excellence Manager will contribute to lead Manufacturing Excellence at Group level by defining and improving systems, processes, training methodology & program, lean skill matrix for plant organization, digital tools, industrial performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably engineering)
- 10 years' experience in Supply Chain in food industry or other FMCG Company
- Lean techniques master experienced
- Cost deployment methodology master experienced
- TPS (Toyota Production System) and WCM (World Class Manufacturing) expert
- Proven experience in project management (innovation, sustainability, cost savings, working capital)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent ability to build and maintain cross-functional and cross-country working relationships
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of Italian and English
- Ability to travel in Italy and abroad min 20%
