Barilla is looking for a Process Improvement Line Leader to implement, promote, and foster a continuous improvement environment within the assigned area/line, increasing efficiency and effectiveness in terms of production performance, Quality, Safety, and Environment/Energy.

Requirements

• Degree in Management Engineering or related fields
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of lean methodologies and continuous improvement approaches
• Curiosity, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Italian and English
