Job Description
Leonardo is looking for a Governance & Continuous Improvement Specialist to support the production improvement processes of the Electronics Division. The person will be responsible for process monitoring and optimization, guidance of complex projects, strategy definition for improvement, promotion of cultural change, and diffusion of best practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Electronic Engineering)
- Senior: 3-5 years of experience
- Process mapping
- Continuous improvement methodologies
- Project management
- Data analysis and KPI
- Process improvement technologies
- Change management
- Stakeholder management
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Previous experience in the manufacturing sector or in multi-site industrial contexts
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies
- Certifications or training in Project Management
- Previous experience in managing organizational transformation processes.
