Associate Director/ Director, Structuring Lead

At Barings, we are looking for an Associate Director/ Director Structuring Lead to lead and support structuring, execution, and operational design of financing structures for Barings Portfolio Finance. The successful candidate will work alongside the Investment team to challenge and provide ideas on the most robust and commercially viable financing solutions, and will be expected to demonstrate mastery of strong investment operational, analytical, modeling and real-time problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Serve as a key resource on the deal team of lending projects
• Draft, negotiate and review transaction documentation
• Work with Baring's investment, operations and on-boarding teams
• Build relationships with borrowers, co-lenders and service providers
• Demonstrate mastery of strong investment operational, analytical, modeling and real-time problem-solving skills
