RFP Writer

The RFP Writer is responsible for sourcing, creating, and maintaining responses to firm-level and product-specific questions for institutional and wealth investors globally. The role involves working with various functional business areas across the firm to ensure accurate and consistent company-level language in all external documents.

Requirements

• 2-6 years in RFP or related experience in the asset management, financial services, or capital markets industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate investment strategies and key industry concepts.
• Demonstrated project-management capability.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to prioritize effectively.
• Collaborative mindset.
• Experience with proposal-management software is beneficial.
