RFP Writer

CIM is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the RFP team in support of marketing and investor relations activities. The role will involve drafting, editing, and updating qualitative responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and ad-hoc information requests from clients and prospective investors.

Requirements

• Support the coordination and timely completion of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and related investor materials
• Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of CIM's products, strategies, and platforms
• Draft, edit, and update qualitative responses using existing firm content
• Utilize RFP and content management platforms to support efficient response preparation and content use
• Collaborate with product, investment, and sales teams to gather inputs and respond to client requests
• Partner with subject-matter experts across ESG, compliance, legal, operations, and accounting teams
• Review and proofread qualitative and quantitative content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Work with quantitative and performance data in coordination with finance and analytics teams
• Maintain and update content within internal and third-party databases
