Job Description
Barker Associates is seeking an HR Advisor to support the HR team with ongoing requirements and potential for longer-term opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, providing HR advice and support, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
- Produce HR reports and create new in-house processes on our HRIS
- Support the HR/Talent team in administering Company ATS system and recruitment process
- Ensure all employment contract administration is maintained and up to date
- Conduct and oversee the induction and onboarding process, including relevant documentation
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including engagement activities, wellbeing programmes, and diversity and inclusion efforts
- Ensure all employee records are managed in line with GDPR and internal confidentiality requirements
