Program Coordinator, Campus-Wide Programs

The Program Coordinator for Campus-Wide Programs supports the mission of Barnard College by developing and implementing programming that supports student engagement, community building, and retention. The position advises student clubs and organizations, collaborates with campus departments, and leads campus-wide programming initiatives.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Development or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience working in an higher education setting, ideally supporting orientation programs, student transition initiatives, event management, or related functional areas
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals
• Demonstrated ability to advise and support student organizations and foster leadership development, engagement, and community-building
