Job Description
Barracuda Networks is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on the security engine of their Firewall products. The role involves TCP/IP socket programming, designing and implementing security features, and optimizing performance of the Linux kernel and network stack.
Requirements
- Computer Science/Computer Engineering background or a related engineering degree
- 5+ years of experience in software development (open source or commercial)
- Good problem-solving skills
- MUST: good knowledge of C++ and/or C
- Experience in network programming is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
