Carlin - Geotechnical Superintendent - Tailings and Heap Leach

We are seeking a Geotechnical Superintendent - Tailings and Heap Leach to safely and effectively oversee the safe and environmentally sound operation of the heap leach operation at our Carlin operation in Nevada. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering or related engineering degree or equivalent experience, with 10 years of experience in the mining or related industry preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering or related engineering degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of Tailings and Heap leach operations and construction required
• Professional Engineer designation preferred
• Geotechnical/Civil Engineering experience required
• 10 years of experience in the mining or related industry preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Ability to work in a team required
