Job Description
Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Permitting Specialist to lead major mining projects through the regulatory approval process. The successful candidate will work closely with other permitting professionals, project and mining teams, stakeholders, and regulators and will need a blend of technical, planning, and project management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources, Science, Engineering, Environmental Planning or related
- Five or more years of experience in environmental programs and extractive industries or mining experience
- Project management experience and ability to travel within the state of Nevada
