Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Hydrogeologist to join the Water Management Team in the Carlin District. This role performs advanced technical hydrogeologic analysis, makes strategic operational and closure recommendations, and will lead and mentor technical staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hydrogeology, geology, civil engineering (or similar)
- Minimum10 years of experience in the mining industry
- Experience with water well systems, hydraulic flow, and well field optimization
- Knowledge of advanced principles and practices employed in hydrogeology and hydrology
- Familiarity with hydrogeologic modeling techniques
- Knowledge of regulatory constraints related to water management activities
