Turquoise Ridge - Underground Fixed Maintenance Frontline Supervisor

The Fixed Maintenance Supervisor will supervise, coach and lead fixed maintenance teams to ensure production and development targets and schedules are met. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance of stationary equipment and/or dewatering equipment with emphasis on vertical shafts in a planned work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in maintenance of stationary equipment and/or dewatering equipment with emphasis on vertical shafts in a planned work environment required
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of supervisory experience in a mining environment preferred
• Underground shaft experience required
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead others required
• Proven safe work record required
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment required
• Strong communication skills—oral and written required
