Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Assistant to provide administrative support to the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Board members, and legal team, with 5-7 years of experience in an international environment.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in an international environment
- Experience in supporting multiple stakeholders of similar level of priority
- Highly proficient in English, other languages are an advantage
- Strong Computer literacy with experience of full Microsoft Suite, Success Factors, SAP, Concur, and ServiceNow preferred
