Job Description
We are seeking a BCOS Greenfield Leader to guide the project team and develop the new organization, technical capabilities, and deployment of the BCOS work process. The role involves implementing lean/TPM programs, start-ups, and autonomous maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering
- Advanced level of English
- In-depth expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Ability to work with ambiguity, breakthrough thinking, and direct others
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cultural and Management Changes
