Requirements

• University degree completed in the field of engineering (specialization in process)
• 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial manufacturing sector or similar experience
• Essential bilingualism in French and English (to interact with colleagues and stakeholders outside of Quebec)
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating system)
• Strong communication/leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a continuously changing environment
• Autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of project management and problem-solving techniques (green belt)
• Knowledge of statistical tools
• Detail-oriented and results-oriented
• Effective analysis and problem-solving skills
