Requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
- fluent in English.
- Minimum 7 years of commercial experience, including at least 3 years in B2B.
- Strong awareness of FMCGâB2C market dynamics and consumer trends, with the ability to anticipate their impact and convert insights into effective B2B strategies.
- Solid understanding of the specific market environment, customer dynamics, cost drivers, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build longâterm customer relationships and collaborate with crossâfunctional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, structured thinking, and analytical approach to problemâsolving.
- Ability to work effectively across departments (Production, Marketing, QA, R&D, Logistics, Finance, Sales) and navigate complex operational environments.
- Customerâcentric mindset, resilience, adaptability, and proactive leadership style.
