We are looking for an experienced and proactive Plant Quality Manager to lead the Quality and Food Safety function at our manufacturing site.
Requirements
- Ensure compliance with Barry Callebaut's Quality Management System (QMS), Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards, and all customer and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and lead the plant's Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs.
- Manage audits, inspections, and visits from customers, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
- Lead food safety initiatives, including HACCP implementation and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Sales teams to support new product introductions and transfers.
- Maintain and improve sanitation standards and document management systems.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, driving continuous improvement plans.
- Manage QA team development, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer complaints and ensure effective root cause analysis.
