Senior People Business Partner, GTM

Baseten is hiring a People Business Partner to support the Go-to-Market organization during a critical phase of growth. The role requires strategic partnership with GTM leadership, expertise in org design, performance management, talent strategy, and leadership development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience
• Experience supporting 400+ employee organizations through rapid growth
• Strong commercial acumen in GTM including deep understanding of variable compensation structures
• Proven ability to navigate complex, high-stakes people decisions with speed and sound judgment
• Highly analytical and first-principles thinker who uses data to diagnose root causes
• Thrives in high-growth environments defined by ownership, pace, and ambiguity
• Extremely clear written and verbal communication skills
