Manager, Business Development Greater China: drive BCS business growth, identify and capture opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or Master Degree in Science and/or Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 8 yearsā relevant working experience, preferably in a technical service and/or marketing field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Good understanding of care chemicals especially BCS product portfolio and related applications
- Strong business acumen with strategic thinking mindset
- Demonstrates strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experienced in value-based selling
