Outside Operator

BASF is hiring an Outside Operator to conduct daily activities related to the manufacturing operations of the chemical facility on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of chemical manufacturing experience, and strong mechanical aptitude.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of chemical manufacturing or related industrial manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex systems
• Basic understanding of chemical processes and safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule
• Successfully complete the BASF pre-employment assessment
